DATE OF ISSUANCE: February 06, 2017 REPORTED OFFENSE: Due to an active shooter threat made this morning, February 6, 2017, Mott Community College – ALL Locations are closed until 1 p.m. today. Classes that begin at or after 1 p.m. are in session. Continue to check email, social media and the college web site for updates before traveling to campus locations.

I'm just now wending my way through local media reports this morning and noticed this on WDIV website. I don't understand why all Mott campuses are closed :waitasec:

This just struck me (I know I am the last to talk!) but the IS , on a college website is amusing

Yeh it strikes me as odd too --- until 100 PM--are they psychic

Or is it insiders saying they heard talk on social media?

Or a bomb scare? Why would you not "say" bomb scare?

How can you say active shooter when nothing is occurring ??

I have not seen "active shooter "threat" warning-how can that be ??
