A composite image created using DNA evidence linked to the murder of a 39-year-old mentally disabled woman in a Carlsbad condominium a decade ago was released Tuesday in a renewed effort to find her killer.

This has never left my mind. I knew Jodi. It is unfathomable that this is still unsolved.
 
For all of the seeming efforts of LE, they have been very shy to work with me. I hope someone here might.
 
Just read up on this case. Here's a bump for Jodi, no one deserves that. :rose:

Today marks the eleventh anniversary of the murder of Jodie Serrin. The murderer has still not been caught, even though there is DNA and fingerprint evidence. This was a gruesome crime committed on an innocent, disabled woman. I cannot rest until this person is caught. There is not a great deal of information. For a very long time, I thought that LE may be holding some things back. Now, I think they don't have it. Also, they may have been slower to react due to the fact that Jodie was mentally ill. The suspect pool would consist of mentally ill people. I think this person is still in the area. He may have left for a short time or not at all. I think he is right under their noses. LE has stated that they DNA tested many people. I would like to know who. Please review this case. Her Parents need to know who took their baby. Society needs this off of our streets. I hope so much for someone to help.
