In the Behl forum LE has given out some photos for identification.
On one of the pictures there appears to be a ghost image like you might get in a double exposure or when taking pictures thru a car window and catch some of a reflection. Using image editing software, is there a way to isolate the ghost image from the rest of the picture?
Would the layering section do that?

Hey there, can you email me the pic christine2448@charter.net

I'll see what I can do with it.

Thanks, Christine. But they have identified the site they were hunting for.
I would still love to get a look at that ghost though.

I didn't realize how old yer post was...sorry bout that!

I can still try to pull the image out if you'd like to email, not sure if I am experienced enough w/photos, but love a good challange.

Kindest regards.

I don't have them downloaded, but pulled the links in the thread. If you look closely you can kinda see a ghost image, like you might get if you took the pic through a car window. The 'reflection' is kind of middle and to the right side of the pic. It can be seen better when magnified a little.

LOL, it is very very faint. There may be an enhanced photo of it up in the pond thread in the Behl case. I will try to find it.

mysteriew, I saw them, and they look like double exposures to me, but I'm not sure how you would enhance them using Photoshop. You wouldn't have the layers from the original file, and I'm not sure how isolating them to another layer would help...

Photoshop can't help severely overexposed photos and that's what the double-image appears to be...

just a smudge on the lens or something? It doesn't look like it could be anything worth checking out.
