"She was found under a trailer"

Why was it not possible to establish a PMI? Did she lay in the open under the trailer? Was she buried on the spot, in a kind of grave, where the trailer was (later) parked? How long approx. the trailer was there? Who was the owner of the vacant lot and/or the trailer? Were there buildings before 1988, if yes when were they torn down. Google street view goes back to 2007, so not of any use.
