A serial bank robber sporting a fake mustache, which is apparently drawn on with a pencil, struck for the eighth time this year, hitting a St. Paul credit union on Monday, the FBI reported.
"We've had serial bank robbers this year and have arrested several of them, but this guy is the most prolific still out there," said Paul McCabe, FBI spokesman. "We have to get this guy off the street."
The man gave a threatening note to a teller on Monday and was given an undisclosed amount of cash, said Deborah Strebel Pierce, the FBI agent in charge of the Minneapolis office.
