The original link has been updated to say she has been found. The picture on that Facebook profile does not look like the same person to me, buy maybe it's just different makeup and different angles.

I can see it as being her. But then I know from experience what Snapchat and picmonkey filters can achieve for smartphone photos.

I agree but like you said makeup. The description said her hair has faded blue tips. So I am fairly confident its her but of course I could be wrong. If so Im sorry.
