Namus now says this UID (UP3414) is a Male aged 20-50 and in Feb 2020 the remains were linked via DNA to other remains found in 2001. /www.namus.gov/UnidentifiedPersons/Case#/3414

From Namus:
On 5/3/1998 a hiker discovered a mandible near Camp Chilao in the Angeles National Forest. On 2/4/2001 a partial skull (missing mandible and maxilla) was found at Camp Chilao. In February 2020 DNA linked the two cases. ***CASE WAS PREVIOUSLY LISTED AS 1998-53282, CASE NUMBER CHANGED TO 2001-00941 DUE TO DNA***
