Case History: An unknown female with unknown medical history was a transient that a couple allowed to stay with them for Christmas Eve. She was found deceased the morning of 12/25/2016. No signs of foul play or trauma.
 
So she appears to have been arrested due to the mug shot. Did she give a false name at the time?

Ms. King has gone by different aliases, including Patricia Ann Gartrell. Ms. King was documented in the following locations: Mohave County AZ, Reno Nevada and Bexar County, Texas.
Ms. King passed away on Dec. 30, 2016 in Kayenta, Arizona.
NCSO is looking for any information that could help in positively identifying Ms. King and help in locating family members.

I dont mean to make light of the situation but this reminds me of an episode of king of the hill, when an elderly lady keeps breaking into their house to die in Christmas.

I hope this poor woman gets her name back soon
 
Doing some research I found a lady who went missing in 1980 at the age of 43. Her name is listed as Patricia Lilly, but no picture. Clicking on her profile https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/25934/202 I've found that her middle name is Ann. Patricia Ann Lilly born in 1937 and missing since 1980 in Colorado. She might be the same age as this lady who one of her aliases was Patricia Ann Gartrell.

Good find the height is about right to, Patricia Ann Lilly was 5'2" you should forward it to LE on the Namus page they will be listed on the report page. Good Luck!

Now I can see in the mug shot from the younger doe in 1991, her height shows in the back 62 inches.
 
I looked in the missing on the Colorado government web site of missing people, the profile was there also no photo for Patricia Ann Lilly.

Just one rule out listed on Namus:
Malina Nickel 1987 Oregon

Malina would only have been 29 years old when this UID was found - yet the UID age estimate is 60-85 so I don't know why they would have even checked her as a possible match?
 
Namus has added this bit of info to the Circumstances:
Fingerprints came back to an individual who provided LE with the unverified names 'Patrica Ann Gartrell' and 'Rhoady King' AAA

Sounds like the two photos came from the fingerprint matches.
