Thinking of all the little kids who must have been so scared.

According to the school district, a teacher and two students were struck by gunfire within a classroom. Their conditions were not immediately known. http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2017/04/10/shooting-reported-at-san-bernardino-elementary-school/

The shooter was also possibly down, according to a tweet from San Bernardino Police Department Chief Jarrod Burguan, who said the information was preliminary.

Fox is reporting target victim and shooter dead and 2 other victims in critical condition.
 
Oh my goodness. I just saw this on Facebook. My heart hurts. Another elementary school. I have to wonder how this affects these kids. It's inconceivable.

"One of the victims is believed to be a teacher and responders are on scene treating victims, Maria Garcia, communications officer at San Bernardino Unified School District, told Fox News.

“We believe this to be a murder-suicide. Happened in a classroom,” Burguan said.

The school is on lockdown along with two others: Hillside Elementary School and Cajon High School.

Garcia*told the San Bernardino Sun*that school officials believe the “situation is contained.”

Burguan advised the public to stay out of the area."

So, I'm assuming this was an elementary student? What, 12 years old at the most? A CHILD?! What is the world coming to?
