Drug Dealer Names Police Dog In Lawsuit
POSTED: 8:22 pm PST December 14, 2005
ATHENS, Ohio -- If the defendant loses this lawsuit, he might have to fork over some dog biscuits.
An Athens, Ohio, police dog is one of the parties named in a suit filed by a convicted drug dealer.
Wayne Green claims his furniture business was illegally searched by the dog and others in 2003.
The Athens County Sheriff's Department dog, Andi, helped searchers find 50 pounds of marijuana. Green was convicted of possession and trafficking. He faces sentencing next month.
Sheriff Vern Castle said he doesn't know what Green is thinking by suing the dog. But the prosecutor who served Andi with the complaint made sure to get his paw print, just to be on the safe side.http://www.ktvu.com/news/5539337/detail.htmlThis is the year to locate Mark Dribin http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sho...ht=Mark+Dribin NamUs MP#876 and Ilene Misheloff http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sho...lene+Misheloff NamUs MP#6410 and bring them home to their families!
