[h=1]Trina & Michael Kuznik: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know[/h]
The married owners of a car dealership were found shot in the head inside their Cleveland, Ohio business.
The double homicide of Trina and Mike Kuznik, which occurred on Friday, April 14, has been largely overshadowed by the horrific Facebook video murder attributed to behavioral therapist Steve “Stevie Steve” Stephens. A manhunt is under way for Stephens, also of Cleveland, after he allegedly shot and killed senior citizen Robert Godwin Sr. in a random street slaying on April 15 because he was angry at his girlfriend.
The Kuzniks’ slayings are unsolved, and police have said nothing of a suspect.

“It's a hard pill to swallow. You try to help somebody, help a community and then this happens,” Steele said. She said the family was told a cable to surveillance cameras at the business had been cut.

Ward 9 Councilman Mike Polensek knew the victims. He said investigators are looking for up to three suspects and considering robbery as a potential motive. Police could not provide a description of suspects.

“This was premeditated,” Polensek said during Monday’s council meeting. “This wasn't just a violent act against them. It was a violent act against all Clevelanders.”

"On Tuesday, Cleveland police reported that a 2008 BMW 528I and 1999 Chevy Tahoe were missing from the lot and considered stolen. However, a FOX 8 News viewer provided documentation showing he legally purchased the Tahoe last Thursday. He said title paperwork may not have gone through by the time of the killings and he has notified investigators."

Another car identified as stolen from Cleveland dealership where couple was found dead

http://www.news5cleveland.com/news/...uple-was-found-dead-still-no-suspects-in-case

Now police are identifying another car that may have been stolen. That car is a blue four-door 2006 Mercedes-Benz SL.

The article states LE are also swabbing the mouth of the couple's dog to see if there is any DNA evidence.

I wonder how easy it was for anyone to find the keys to these cars? Did they keep them locked away in their office? If so, does this indicate the killers had worked there before or had staked out the business to observe where the owners kept the keys?

I wonder if they can retrieve any old video from their security cams, or any other cams in the area to see who might have been hanging out there in the week or so before the murders?

It's good to know Councilman Mike Polensek is following this case. He's a good person and will make sure everything possible is done to solve this case and bring justice.

A few things need corrected...... Ages stats to start. I'm new... Pls be clear on boundaries and requirements to correct them. Happy to be here. Happy there is interest

That makes more sense. I was wondering who would do a double murder to drive away in a 99 Tahoe...

They share an obituary
The obituary via google has all info and stats, as memorialized by family.

And thats been reconciled clearly. However, its not always about value in cases I've seen.. Its about principal. Imo one cannot put a value on everything. Their lives seemed to mean nothing....... To whoever took them. The cars did tho?
Any car they took was worth more to them than their lives. ?
Why.
Robbery? I don't buy it. Why not wait till the leave. ? Take all the cars u want and no bodies..... Its logical. Imo. Makes no sense. ....a robbery makes no sense. To me. Imo

I have to be cautious here. I can respond to ideas I can debunk with my best opinion. I need ur help these kids...... Need ur help.

Were they making a point? If so.....ideas?.

So. Sad. Three children need monsters in cages. ......not an option.

"The assailants also killed their dog, Axel, before making off with two cars, surveillance equipment and computers. Police believe the pair was targeted, but no suspects have been identified."

"Kuznik and Tomola were high school sweethearts who found their way back to each other after marriages to other people, Steele said."

----
"Detective say they believe the dog, named Axel, may have bitten a robber and its mouth might contain DNA of the suspect.

Police say the robbers stole at least two cars along with surveillance equipment and computers containing records of business purchases."

https://www.usnews.com/news/best-st...-dog-may-hold-clues-to-killing-of-ohio-couple

From the articles, my hope is they can collect DNA from the dog and just maybe the security equipment backed up to a cloud based service. I wonder if the two vehicles taken could have been specific vehicles planned to be taken or just the easiest ones to take. Hopefully those vehicles are found. That might help solver this sooner.

I feel you may have known this couple. Do you know how long they had been back together? I saw the clip/article that they had experienced previous break ins. Had other businesses near by experienced this or is it the reason the reports state they feel the couple were targeted.
