The person is described as a white male wearing dark pants and a baseball cap. He was riding a white mountain bike with a blue bag on the side

Two of the fires were sparked inside dumpsters, one at 255 Wellington Street West and another at 50 John Street.

A third fire was also reported at 400 Front Street West inside a care.
Officers say the reports came in a little before and after 6 p.m. and up to two other locations were also targeted.

Steven James Pusztai, 54, of no fixed address, was arrested on Monday. He has been charged with three counts of arson and three counts of breach of probation. He was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
