I was looking for some info on other cases and found this one. I couldn't find him on a search so I hope it's a new thread.

Miscellaneous Notes: Decedent was found in wooded area at 2592 Old Farm Rd, Houston, TX in a homeless encampment area. Clothing included an outer jacket w/orange printing, blue insulated vest/jacket, blue jeans, underwear and socks. The decedent had a compression fracture at the knee on the lower right leg.

I wonder where they got that possible date of birth. Maybe the watch was engraved?

I found this man out of Erie PA- James Herring.
Close in possible DOB so I'll go with close to same age.
Similar height. He had partial dentures when he disappeared.
This would be easier with a likeness.

There are some discrepancies between the two profiles. The TX one says there was compression fracture of lower right leg. Namus says right shoulder issue. Smaller range in Namus height, broader range in TX.

Dale McKay:
similar age.
Fracture of lower leg but doesn't say which one

Long time to be without contacting anyone though.
