Although details of the second chapter of the documentary television series remains under wraps, it has been said that it is now in production and will be out this coming summer. And even though its expected release is still a few months from now, the shows followers are now excited to see how Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dasseys stories will unfold.
They (the directors) assured that the show will not yet be over. In fact, they promised that they will be fully committed to covering the story as it develops.
Netflix VP of original content Cindy Holland told USA Today that fans are about to see new episodes coming for Making a Murderer Season 2 sometime this year as its story is still ongoing.
Holland also confessed that there are very few people inside Netflix that actually know what is going on in the shows second chapter. She said that this is the measure that they have to take to keep things about it top secret. Also, knowing that Avery and Dasseys cases are still ongoing, they have to be sensitive enough not to spill the beans.
