Shopper finds $25,000 on supermarket floor
A woman who went shopping at an Asda store in the West Midlands found £15,000 in cash on the floor near a checkout
Grandmother Sue Newey was Christmas shopping at the store in Great Bridge when she spotted what she thought was a bag of rubbish.
The 52-year-old found the money inside and immediately handed the cash over to shop staff.
It has now been claimed, says The Sun.
Sue said: "I could hardly believe my eyes. It was in piles as big as house bricks. I'd never seen so much cash before in my life.
I would guess that this could be called at major OOOpppsss! by the party that lost it. We will probably never know the "rest of the story"! How does one lose something that big and valuable?
