The Home Secretary said 97 per cent of health trusts were back to normal after NHS England declared a major incident on Friday during the "unprecedented hack".
Speaking after an emergency Cobra meeting on Saturday, Ms Rudd said: "We think we have the right preparedness in place and also the right plans going forward over the next few days to ensure that we limit its impact going forward.”
It comes as companies across the world dealt with the fallout of the hack, with Renault car factories in France stopping production while FedEx also faced problems.
In Britain, people expected to see doctors and nurses - and in some cases undergo operations - but were turned away as health agencies tried to grapple control of the situation.
Hospitals diverted emergency operations - and services were severely disrupted after the 'large-scale attack'.
Despite the crisis, Health Minister Jeremy Hunt was been nowhere to be seen until he was pictured attending the Cobra meeting.

There is a medium sized private company in my city that is being held for ransom right now. This is a fact. I just don't know what they're doing about it.

Meet the 22-year-old surfer who hit the ‘kill switch’ on the global ransomware attack

A 22-year-old IT expert is being hailed for his efforts to curb a global ransomware attack which struck individuals and businesses in more than 100 countries.
The spread of Friday’s attack was dramatically slowed by the young cyber security researcher, identified by the UK Telegraph as 22-year-old Marcus Hutchins and known on Twitter as @Malwaretechblog.
Mr Hutchins said he was looking through the code of the “WannaCry” malware and discovered an unusual domain name listed. He decided to look it up and, upon realising that it was not registered, he purchased it for about $10.69 ($AU14.45).

Meanwhile, a Michigan-based cyber security expert named Darien Huss also noticed the domain name, and realised it could be a “kill switch” for the malware.
Mr Hutchins and Mr Huss began communicating online and discovered that through registering the domain name and redirecting the attacks to Mr Hutchins’ own server, the ransomware was crippled.
