Oh no :tears:more terrible news.

Farewell Sir Roger Moore. Thank you for everything.

The Saint. :) I remember the halo'd stick man at the opening credits. Just thinking about it, I can still remember the jazzy theme music (I think), gonna head over to youtube to see if there's anything there. RIP Sir Roger. :(
Simon Templar.

Simon Templar.

Yeah. Just been watching a clip of opening credits on YT. I didn't have the music quite right in my head, but as soon as it started .... good memories. ETA: I did have it right, it was a 'variation' I listened to, apparently.

Roger Moore was the man with the golden Tweets

The names Moore... Roger Moore. One of the smoothest actors to ever don a tuxedo and raise an eyebrow has sadly died at the age of 89. He was best known as James Bond, but his sharp wit also made him a dab hand at Twitter.

I also grew up watching Bond movies at the Saturday afternoon theater. Saw probably all of Roger Moore's Bond movies back then and I think his were the best. Good times!

Me too! He was such a dashingly handsome man.

Have to post this.
Saw this at the drive-in, in a small town where I was working at a summer camp. My very first car date.

I grew up watching "The Saint" and of course his James Bond movies (and he was my favorite Bond) and he also had a part in "Cannonball Run" that was very funny.

RIP Sir Moore you will be greatly missed.
