    In cases where we're not able to properly vet anyone who wants to come to the U.S. because their nations don't keep good records, internet footprint is probably the best way to keep track of who's coming here and why.

    Labor Department to ramp up fraud probes of foreign visa programs

    In April, Homeland Security said it was planning to take steps as well to prevent fraud in the H-1B visa program.

    On Tuesday, the Labor Department said its new policy will be to "enforce vigorously all laws within its jurisdiction governing the administration and enforcement of non-immigrant visa programs."

    I have determined that election infrastructure in this country should be designated as a subsector of the existing Government Facilities critical infrastructure sector. Given the vital role elections play in this country, it is clear that certain systems and assets of election infrastructure meet the definition of critical infrastructure, in fact and in law.
