Friends and family of a missing Gridley woman are worried sick. 20-year-old Alycia Yeoman has been missing for 72 hours. Yeoman was last seen Thursday evening. Her car is missing and her phone is going straight to voicemail.

The Yuba College student works two jobs in Gridley, one at Starbucks and one at McDonalds. Her friend and co-worker Christa Mills said the 20-year-old failed to show up for her early morning shift at McDonalds on Friday.

Missing NorCal College Student’s Cellphone, Truck Found Days After Her Mysterious Disappearance

April 5, 2017

The cellphone and truck belonging to a missing Yuba College student who vanished without a trace last week have been located and recovered by police, authorities in Northern California said.

[...]

Yeoman's pickup truck was found unoccupied about 5 p.m. Monday, in the area of Pennington Road in Live Oak, according to police.

[...]

That same day, a cellphone was also discovered by a citizen in the approximate area of the missing woman's truck. The individual tried to turn the phone on in an attempt to identify its owner, but the device only momentarily turned on before losing power, according to investigators.

Police have confirmed the cellphone belonged to Yeoman.

Sheriff: Body found in Feather River is Aly Yeoman

May 9, 2017

The Sutter County Sheriff's Office identified the body found in the Feather River over the weekend as missing Yuba College student Aly Yeoman, officials said Tuesday.

Yeoman's body was identified through dental records. However, her cause of death is still under investigation.

[...]

Michael Lizarraga owns the Yuba City home where Yeoman was last seen and is believed to be the last person to have seen Yeoman.

Lizarraga spoke with KCRA 3 on Saturday about Yeoman's disappearance and what he told her before he left her house. The two had some drinks before Yeoman left his house, but Lizarraga maintains he is innocent and doesn't know where she is.

I hope someone starts talking soon.

Come here every day to see if "Arrest" has been added to the thread.....

:rose: JUSTICE for ALYCIA!! :rose:

I have a question for locals!
By looking at the map below, it seems strange for me that someone would purposely go 1 block North from Pennington Road to Cooley road and then back down 1 block South to Pennington, instead of going STRAIGTH EAST on Pennington to the river

Some hypotheses:
- the person driving was lost
- it's not possible to drive East on Pennington because of a barrier
- it was on purpose to get Aly's truck on camera up north at Cooley/levee (while perhaps a second vehicle was waiting at Pennington/levee away from the camera)

I'm going to go ahead and post the Timeline I have. I did want to add what ML said about taking his daughter to her mother's - 30 to 45 minutes "before" Aly left? Is that right? If someone can find that reference - I'll add it in.

TIMELINE:

March 29th, Wednesday - Spoke to "ex" boyfriend Leo A. He says he spoke to his old love last Wednesday, the day before she was last spotted driving on Romero Street in Yuba City. "She pours out her feelings on me like what's in her mind... her stresses and stuff like that. And maybe she just wanted, maybe she went over there to walk and clear her head and from there ... I don't know what happened. That's what we're trying to find out," he said. Link: http://fox40.com/2017/04/04/search-efforts-continue-for-missing-college-student/
BUT! According to her Uncle, David - he is NOT her ex-boyfriend, but a stalker according to what Aly told him. Link: https://www.facebook.com/findalyciayeoman/posts/1673555786006074

March 30th, Thursday, about 6pm - Aly has dinner at "Taste of India" with friend (37 year old man, Mike L.) in Yuba City. I live in Gridley and know this area in Live Oak. Whoever was driving probably didn't want to drive around the Levee gate on Pennington because the camp host might be awake and would see them, you also cannot get into the park or boat launch area after 9:00pm because the camp host locks the gate at the entrance. Also, if you go down Pennington you would have to pass the high school, continuation high school and more houses that have cameras in the open. Going down Cooley you would not run into anybody since this is private property and Pennington is a Main Street through town. I'm Certain this person wanted to get Aly's truck down to the beach area so they could dump her truck into the water from there.
Also, you could walk along the Levee Road until you get to Yuba City without being seen by anybody. I can't think of any other way to not be seen on camera leaving the area.
I think whoever was driving Aly's truck was very familiar with this area. They could have kept going straight down Cooley Road to access the private beach (by driving around a locked gate) instead of turning right on the levee but they knew that the next gate further down Cooley Road has barriers on both sides preventing vehicles from entering when the gate is closed so they tried to take a short cut through the orchard to get to the dirt road which takes you to the beach area. This tells me whoever was driving was familiar with this area.

Thank you for all this precious info NorCal530 !

I have to re-think a theory, it looks to me pretty far to carry a body from where the truck got stuck down to the beach. Then again, I haven't seen detail in the news nor LE on where the footprints from the truck lead to...

But, if you say that taking the levee Road back to Yuba is safe from onlookers, then a 3-hour walk (and no need of an accomplice) doesn't sound so bad.

Hope we get answers soon!

Thanks again for your insight.

Thanks Niner for your timeline.

I couldn't find any reference either to the 30-45 minute drive to drop off ML's daughter, it's not in the KCRA interview with ML on 5/6/17.

Anyone?

Sounds like whoever this was, was very familar with what they were doing and has since "pretended to not know where the truck was found or much about the area found in" hmmm

Did the mom of his s child just drop her off to gather things and took off? Just very odd, why not wait 10 minutes? ML acted like he did not know he would be dropping child off, is there no communication? How far away does the mother live?

ML starts telling about his daughter being dropped off and him and Aly driving her home at the 3:45 mark of the video. If you want to skip over him promoting his music, jump to the 5:15 mark to hear him say, "30 or 40 minutes before she [Aly] left"

"..she drove off on Butte House and that was pretty much the last time I saw her". ~ML

It's odd how he says ,that was pretty much the last time I seen her. Most people would say that was the last time I seen her. What does pretty much mean ??? It really wasn't the last time ..??..

Agree!
