She took him into her life; now, he's helping save it
An ailing woman who has sheltered dozens of foster children over the years received an early Christmas gift from one of them: a kidney.
Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Mark Greshan, 23, said the donation was a natural choice to help a woman who cared for him from the time he showed up at her house as a 7-year-old.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
