Family and friends are frantic after the disappearance of a 36 year old Victoria man.
"He's always calling his dad, he's always calling his sisters, and for him not to respond to none of us is out of the ordinary. We're just concerned and want him home," says his sister Sara Lott.
His name is Antonio Vela Jr. He was last seen leaving Sports on North John Stockbauer Drive around 2 a.m. Thursday.
"Supposedly he was going to stop at a store to get something to eat, but we don't know if he made it to the store or even home after that.
His disappearance is sparking attention on social media and worry within his closest family and friends.
Police say Vela's car was found abandoned on the side of Venglar Road in Inez around 3 p.m. Friday. The case is under investigation.
Meanwhile family members just want to bring Antonio back safely.
Lott says Antonio Vela Jr. was last seen wearing jeans, black shoes with a white Nike check, and a gray T-Shirt.
