Found Safe WI - Charleen Reinhart, 61, Green Bay, 10 July 2017

The Green Bay Police Department is asking for assistance in locating this 61-year-old woman.

Charleen Reinhart is believed to have been at the University Avenue Market grocery store around 9A.M Monday morning.

She then may have traveled on foot or by city bus to the East Side Walmart in Bellevue, located at 2292 Main Street.

She does not have access to a vehicle.

At this time police do not have a clothing description.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) -*The State of Wisconsin has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Green Bay*woman*who has medical and mental health issues

Surveillance video shows she was wearing a blue sleeveless top and light colored shorts. Authorities say it also appears she may be*wearing eyeglasses.

The Silver Alert says Charleen does not have her medication. She is known to remove her clothing when she is not on her medication.

Green bay Police say they located Charleen Reinhart at Marquette Park at approximately 11pm. She was in good health and reunited with her family and short time after.
