On Wednesday, Fremont County Coroner Randy Keller conducted a press conference to give limited details about the man who was found by a hiker in the west part of Fremont County on Sept. 28, 2016.

They've also narrowed down the man's age to be between the ages of 17 to 30 years old; although Keller thinks he would be in his early 20s.
Keller said they also were able to determine a surgical repair on the man's left ankle, where they found two pins still existing.
Keller also explained that facial reconstruction isn't completely accurate. He said the man's facial features are accurate, but facial area or hair on top of a person's head is inaccurate when a reconstruction is done.

Fremont County coroner Randy Keller said a facial-reconstruction model was completed by a specialist in Denver in hopes of finding the next of kin for the man, described as a white male who was 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall and likely in his early 20s. Investigators found a surgical repair to the mans left ankle, where they found two pins still existing.
