Given how small Plainville is, I doubt she'd have stuck around, or else she would have been found by now.
Anyone else note that when she went missing in 2017, Desiray was said to weigh 180 pounds; then when she went missing in 2018, she weighed 250 pounds?? Did someone misstate her weight, or did she actually gain that much over the course of less than a year? If the latter is the case, that is very alarming and definitely not typical. Was she perhaps pregnant? Depressed? Certainly something, IMO

Found another article from December 2017 where she went missing again.
PLAINVILLE — Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing teen.
Desiray Roya, 17. has black hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 218 pounds, according to state police. She is considered an endangered runaway.
No clothing description was immediately available.

Well, at this point Desiray would be legal age, so if she doesn't want to go home or talk to her family/guardian, she has that option. Let's hope she might simply reach out to LE and let them know she's OK (assuming, of course, that she left willingly and actually is) to ease people's minds and close the case.
