Johnson is 5-feet-9-inches tall, 165 pounds and bald with blue eyes. He has tattoos on his arms, stomach, back and fingers.

Police are concerned for Johnson’s welfare because of health issues. They also said he had “a number of significant events occur over a short period of time.”

A man reported missing to Lakeville police is listed as one of Dakota County’s “most wanted,” according to the Dakota County Sheriff’s website.

David Elvis Johnson, 40, has three felony warrants out for his arrest, one for domestic assault, another for violating a no-contact order, both felonies. The third is a gross misdemeanor charge for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.
Lakeville Police Chief Deputy John Kornmann said despite the warrants, their primary motive is to know Johnson is all right.

Maybe he just is not interested in going back to jail right now and left the area??

David is no longer on the most wanted list. Nor, does he have any warrants with Dakota County. Makes me think it was him found.
