A 5-year-old girl who was taken from a day-care centre in Carrara this afternoon who may be at significant risk.
A man was seen taking the girl around 3.50pm from a day-care facility on Birmingham Road and putting her into a brown sedan before driving off.
They have been sighted leaving a service station at Brunswick Heads at 6.20pm and were believed to be travelling south.
The girl is described as being Indian in appearance, around 121 cms tall and has brown hair and brown eyes.
The man is described as being Indian in appearance, around 180cms tall and has black hair.
They are travelling in a crème coloured Citron C4 hatch back with Queensland Registration Number 633 XFU.
CCTV images released shows a man was seen taking the girl and were last seen leaving a petrol station. A man was seen taking the toddler pictured in an adults coat before leading her away in a sedan and driving off.
