Missing Abilene man could be victim of foul play

The Sheriff's Office says Torrez told a co-worker he was headed to Tom Green County to bid on a job and has not been heard from since. His last known whereabouts have been established in the northern portion of Tom Green County.

The Sheriff's Office says Torrez "has been reported missing under suspicion circumstances", and during their initial investigation, detectives learned Torrez could be the victim of foul play.

[h=1]Ex-girlfriend of missing Abilene man, 2 others arrested[/h]
SAN ANGELO, Texas - Two men and the ex-girlfriend of a missing Abilene man who is believed to be the victim of a homicide have been arrested in connection with his disappearance.

Kristen Anne Dean Jennings, 28, of San Angelo, is charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony.
Her husband Stephen Lynn Jennings, 34, of San Angelo, and father-in-law Garry Lynn Jennings, 60, of Glenn Heights, are charged with tamper or fabricate with physical evidence with intent to impair.

On Tuesday, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office searched Kristen and Stephen’s home on Duckworth Road, northeast of San Angelo. Evidence collected at home, along with information obtained during the investigation, “indicate Eric Torrez is the victim of a homicide,” according to the sheriff’s office.

Made the Daily Mail: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...n-arrested-connection-missing-ex-husband.html

Kristen Jennings, 28, was arrested in connection with the disappearance of her ex-husband, Eric Vincent Torrez, 41
Torrez was reported missing on July 21 after traveling from Abilene, Texas, to Tom Green County for a job and not returning home
Two days prior, Jennings wrote a Facebook post in which she said she was 'seriously done' with the 'legal way' of doing things
Jennings claims she was upset because police didn't indict Torrez on alleged abuses charges of her and their four-year-old daughter
She was charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony and has since been released on a $50,000 bond
Her current husband, Stephen Lynn Jennings, 34, was also arrested and charged with suspicion of tampering or fabricating with physical evidence

I wonder what information had them search that particular area for Torrez?

The Tom Green County Sheriff says the investigation into the death of Eric Torrez is ongoing and he'll be contacting the county district attorney to file additional charges on three people arrested in connection to his disappearance.

Sheriff David Jones said an autopsy was performed Monday on Torrez's body and that his office isn't prepared to release the cause of death yet.

None of the three people arrested in the homicide case, including the mother of Torrez's two children, have been charged with murder.

another bitter mom killing her kids dad. the allegations of abuse. this is why the real victims don't get heard.

this mom forcibly broke into a house, assaulted a woman and abducted her kid. then may have had the father killed.

did he know she lived on duckworth road in tom green co? why did he go there w things so contentious? or did he go there to pick up his kid? then again why did david heisler and keith green go meet up with their black widow exes....
