Seabrook and Kensington police conducted an extensive search of the area. State troopers from the New Hampshire State Police, including a K-9 team, assisted, as did a helicopter from the Massachusetts State Police.

The search continued through Tuesday evening and into Wednesday morning.

Seabrook police tweeted Tuesday night that the police helicopter was searching around South Main Street, the same area was the focus Wednesday. Seabrook police asked residents to avoid the wooded area off of South Main Street.

Sanders said police are concerned for Marsden’s safety, but have no reason to suspect foul play. He also said police do not believe there is a danger to the public.

Sounds like he drove himself to the wooded area. The car was found on the side of the road. Wonder if he met someone there and left the area.

They must have found something to give them reason to believe this. Also, nothing mentioned as to the mechanics of the vehicle. Was it disabled in anyway and he wasn't able to drive away or was it abandoned on purpose??

No mention of the vehicle being disabled. I was left with the impression that he stopped on the side of the road for some reason.

    My questions are:
How large is this densely wooded area where the car was found? Are people hanging out there, meet there? Could he have gotten lost in it?
How is the weather at the moment?
    Bodies of water nearby?
