Kelly, I hope you don't mind my adding to this. I have gradually been accumulating bookmarks to various sites that work with the missing. I don't claim to know anything about the sites, their effectiveness or anything but thought that I would add them. Each site will have their own rules for submission. Some you have to join, some the families have to be the ones to add a post, some require LE to submit the info, and some anyone can do the posting. Not all sites will be appropriate, and not all sites will fit all cases.
There are other sites out there too that work with the missing in various ways. It might be a good idea to list them so that if they are needed in the future, we will have them referenced.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
