Found Safe WI - Ally, 12, & Andrew Heyde, 10, Chippewa Falls, Aug 2017

The Chippewa Falls Police Department says 29-year-old Michelle Siegert is believed to have taken her children, 10-year-old Andrew Ashton Heyde and 12-year-old Ally Ann Elizabeth Heyde, but does not have custody of them.

The father of the children, Andrew Heyde, says he reported his children missing on Saturday morning around 7 a.m. Heyde says he has sole custody of the kids. He also told police he does not believe Siegert poses an immediate danger to the children; however, she did not take necessary medication for the children. She is also associated with known meth users.

Heyde says, along with the kids, his bank cards and van were stolen. The vehicle stolen is a white Dodge Caravan with plate number 221-ZJD. The vehicle has sanded spots and Bondo auto body filler on it.

Heyde said that he believes it was Siegert who took the children as there was no sign of struggle in the residence and she has a history of stopping at the residence when he is at work. Siegert is also a known methamphetamine user. She currently has a felony warrant for her arrest.

Ally Heade, 12, and Ashton Heyde, 10, are believed to have gone with their mother, Michelle Siegert, 29, willingly. Authorities believe they are traveling with an unknown man and could be in Minnesota.

The mother has a warrant out for her arrest in Chippewa County for a separate incident. Authorities are concerned for the children’s welfare because she is known to associate with meth users and uses meth herself.
