Inmate caught in 'no place to go' loop
What to do with a former inmate when he has no home was the subject of a hearing during Tuesdays session of Clearfield County motions court.
Timothy E. Norwood, 39, Allentown, was an inmate of state prison for almost 10 years. When he was released Nov. 29, he had nowhere to go. Because he is required to register an address under Megans Law and he does not have one, he was arrested by the state police. Currently, he is an inmate in the County Jail.
