Unidentified Body found in Adams County:
The body was found in the Town of Adams, outside of the city limits, Adams County Sheriff Sam Wollin said. The body had been there for some time and offers have not yet identified who it is, Wollin said. The cause is suspicious, he said.

Adams County has had four missing people reported in the past couple of months, and there are rumors about the identity of the person being one of those four people, Wollin said.

"There's been a number of rumors, but we have not confirmed the identity of the body we found," Wollin said.

They said the body had been there "for some time", so I wasn't expecting it to be him. RIP!

if he was under wood id say he was placed there.

Yep, sure looks suspicious:
Faith Meyer lives at the mobile home where the body was found with her dad. She said that her dad was in the backyard when he found Salinas' body.

"He was cleaning and lifted up a piece of plywood and found it under there," said Meyer. "He's scared, he cried after he seen it and then went and called the cops."
Meyer said it was shocking when her dad called and told her that he had found a body. She said she is nervous to go back home.

Susan Hall is charged with hiding a corpse and obstructing an officer.

Court documents state Salinas had become unresponsive from doing heroin at the home in which his body was later found.

Investigators said Debra Phillips purchased heroin from Jacquet Jenkins and provided it to Michael Mathewson, Hall and Salinas. Salinas reportedly became unresponsive, but Mathewson said he had done that before and was fine. Mathewson said he continued to check on him, but he later died.

Phillips and Mathewson removed the body from Hall's bedroom, according to court documents. The criminal complaint states the two had intended to put his body in a lake, but said it was 'too heavy' and placed it near a shed on the property and covered it with a large sheet of plywood. They reportedly went back inside and used heroin.

Investigators said Phillips smashed Salinas' phone and got rid of his jacket. A blanket reportedly used to move the body was discarded on Czech Avenue.

Court document state Mathewson was hesitant to call 911 when Salinas became unresponsive because he was currently on probation.

Jenkins and Phillips face the most serious charges-- first degree reckless homicide by drugs.

Another resident living at the home reported finding the body and told authorities he did not know the person.

Hall is expected to return to court May 29 for a plea hearing.
