John Russel Tolson is a 72 year old black male. Mr. Tolson is 5’11” and weighs approximately 235 lbs. he was last seen wearing a brown hat, yellow and black striped shirt, and beige shorts.
John Tolson was last seen in the 600 block of Glynn Ct on 9-22-17 at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Mr. Tolson is in poor mental condition and needs medication
