    Coach accused of rape

A former Boys and Girls Club volunteer coach is suspected of raping one teenager and offering to pay another for sex, according to police.

George R. Wilder, 24, Anderson, was held under $105,000 bond Saturday in the Grant County Jail on charges of rape, sexual misconduct with a minor, stalking, child solicitation and intimidation. He was arrested Friday night.
Wilder was fired by the Boys and Girls Club in 2003 after some parents said he had made inappropriate comments. No charges were filed then because there was no evidence of any crimes, Deputy Prosecutor Dana Kenworthy said.
However, about three weeks ago, a 13-year-old girl told authorities Wilder had solicited sex, and two other youngsters had overheard Wilder offer the payment, Kenworthy said.
Then this past week, a 17-year-old girl came forward with allegations of rape, stalking and harassment.
Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
