"Just after 10 a.m. Thursday a bicyclist on the Bay Trail reported seeing a body in the water. The Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office dive team was called in to help recover the body. A few hours after the discovery, Mountain View Police received a report of a missing person, whose description sounded similar to the body that was found, Mountain View Police spokeswoman Katie Nelson said."

"The young woman was discovered floating naked in the water last week behind Moffett Field's runaway along the Bay Trail."

"The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Dive team recovered the body of 23-year-old Chuchu Ma. The same day, police say her boyfriend filed a missing person report with Mountain View police. It's unclear how Ma's body ended up in the water. Police are trying to determine if foul play was involved."

:rose: Condolences to her family, friends, and co-workers, and prayers for healing. May they local PD discover what happened to this bright young woman. I hope they get some leads very soon. I'm very familiar with this area; there are usually a number of joggers and bicyclists on the trail.
