Found Deceased CA - William 'Billy' Casper, 18, Grover Beach, 9 Dec 2017

Grover Beach police are asking for the publics help in finding 18-year-old William Scott Casper Jr., known as Billy.

Casper, who was reported missing by his mother, was last seen on the evening of Saturday, Dec. 9, in the northern part of Grover Beach, police said.

He is described as a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. Casper has brown hair and hazel eyes, police said

I wish there was more information in regards to the circumstances surrounding Billy's disappearance:
Was he last seen at home or at a certain location within the town. Did he have a cell phone with him.

Why is there absolutely no additional information on this case? Where was he last scene, any evidence at all concerning this case?

Pismo Beach police have identified the man found on the beach south of the Addie Street parking lot as on Jan. 10 as 18-year-old William Casper Jr. of Grover Beach.

There are no signs of foul play at this time, according to officials. The cause of death is pending toxicology tests.

RIP, Billy.
