most likely...it means he has been located safe. I just wish they would say that though.

James Strouzas, of Dyer, Indiana, was last seen about 10 a.m. Friday, according to a Silver Alert issued by Dyer police.
The alert was canceled at 11:22 a.m. Saturday, police said. Strouzas was found in Michigan and his family was notified.
