TN - Phillip Green, 24, shot to death, Franklin County, 1 March 2006
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations said Marshall Cunningham shot and killed his friend. Then, he put his body in the trunk of a car and tried to set it on fire...
The victim's family members hope his arrest and capture will at least bring some healing as they deal with the loss of this 24-year-old father and husband. Even in death, Phillip Green is surrounded by loved ones...
Nicole knew her husband was meeting childhood friend Marshall Cunningham last Wednesday. “He grew up with him. He trusted him,” she said. But 24 hours later, the family filed a missing person's report and then soon after learned he had been murdered, shot in the back of the head in Franklin County and dumped in the trunk of his car found in Marion County.
