CBS 'Without a Trace'
A fine has been levied by the FCC for the show which featured a teen sex party. They are still in the appeal period.
On a good note, they now have their second recovery of a missing person.
According to CBS, a profile of 18-month-old Anisa Jackson that aired in the March 9 episode resulted in her return and the arrest of her parental kidnapper.
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
