    FAVORITES error message

A few days ago I clicked on my FAVORITES icon up at the top and it was empty. I clicked on ARRANGE and received an error message.

Yesterday I rec'd a reply from my ISP (MSN) that informed me of the following: I thought if any of you have the same problem and are searching for the answer I'd post this here.

    • Thank you for writing to the MSN Internet Access Technical Support Team.

This is Yogi and I gather that your MSN Favorites disappeared two days ago. As you have mentioned, when you tried to organize your Favorites, you received the following error messages:

Error: 'null' is null or not an object
      Page: favorites.htm?folders=
      Call Stack

I do understand how frustrating this can be for you.

XXXXX, we thank you for bringing this up to our attention. We would like to inform you that issues of this nature are now placed on a high priority level since a number of queries similar to what you are experiencing has already been reported. Thanks so much christine for your reply. The problem was resolved by MSN a week later. I checked with some others that have MSN and they too were affected also.

I don't know what the 'glitch' was, but man, was I glad to find my Favorites back up
