    Wow...I am completely angry now.

Those cops should be taken off the force. Why is it that when some cops have a bad day, everyone they encounter must have one too?

This gives good officers a bad name. They should be ashamed of themselves.

What a freakin joke. These cops were out of line, and a lawsuit should be filed. Don't know what they could file one for but there has to be something, especially if the girl doesn't get her day care license bc of this!

They should get a PUBLIC apology from the officer and reimbursed for everything that was damaged or stolen in that car.

You have got to be kidding! I don't even know what to say about this story. To protect and to serve. I guess she just didn't feel like helping out a couple of lost people. Maybe the city won't feel like helping her out with a job.

I am so glad my LE friends aren't total jerks like her.

Arrested for being lost, car impounded, possessions stolen.

    Regards Baltimore.

I don't think this rises to the level of needing to tie up the courts for months and months with a lawsuit, but the city definately needs to write them a check and give them one hell of an apology. The officers also need some additional training and some anger management classes.

LOL the Officers need to apply for Guard Duty at Walmart. I think future employment with the City is out of the question. She was a 6 year veteran of the Dept. There is really no excuse.

    I'm gobsmacked!

    Unbelievably and utterly disgraceful!

if that gal doesn't get her childcare licence because of this, the policewoman should be thrown off the force dishonourably!!!

Sad to say this is typical of Baltimore city police. The force needs some kind of shake up or extra training. They treat everybody like murder suspects and they are not respected by most people. I'm a law abiding person and have had LE in the family, but I would hesitate to ask a cop for help anymore. I think their internal affairs squad is kept pretty busy.

Occasionally, I send Drudge something to post on his website. He liked this story too. So now it has, well deserved, national exposure.
