I hope his mother and friends get the answers they need.

For seven years, Donna Temar has said the same thing when she addressed the crowd that attended the annual golf outing each July to raise money for good works in her slain son's name.
But this year is different.
This July 15 at Pebble Creek Golf Course in Colerain Township, she can say more than "police are still investigating" Troy's death.
"This is the first year somebody's been in jail," said Donna Temar, of Dillonvale.
"We have half our questions answered. We have always asked who and why."
Troy Temar, 30, a contractor from Deer Park, was found shot to death before dawn July 4, 1999, in the trunk of a burning car on Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road in South Lebanon.
His ex-girlfriend, Theresa Voss, 42, and her brother, Eric Hoerlein, 36, of Montgomery, were jailed on aggravated murder charges last September after the Warren County sheriff's cold case squad reopened the case.
Voss, who has pleaded insanity and claims to have multiple personalities, is to go on trial Aug. 28 in Warren County Common Pleas Court. The mother of two from Evendale has a hearing Tuesday on a request to lower her $750,000 bond.
Hoerlein's trial was postponed until September while prosecutors work on a plea deal that could call for him to testify against his sister.
