A teenager who says he found a mouse in the salad he made at a Spartanburg Ruby Tuesday says he does not plan to pursue any legal action against the restaurant chain.
Edward Viehman, 17, says he spit out his salad Sunday after looking down and noticing the rodent on his plate.
But officials with the Tennessee-based restaurant chain and the Department of Health and Environmental Control say another company that made the ready-to-eat salad mix could be to blame.
Officials are still investigating the incident
