ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- A man accused of stealing a Volusia County patrol car is on the run, but the car is back with its proper owner.
The cruiser was found abandoned Sunday in Ormond Beach behind a furniture store. It was stolen Saturday night after Walter Nutt was arrested for outstanding warrants
