If it was 200 years ago, they aren't really related, as it would be very, very, very, very distant. However it IS interesting!

Oh wow...that is actually kind of strange because if you look back there were a Patsy Ramsey and Nathaniel Karr Ramsey (brother and sister) born in the 1800's. Of course Patsy isn't really a Ramsey but it's an odd coincidence.
