A jury on Wednesday sentenced Barbara and Tommy Baldwin to prison sentences of 40 and 20 years for abusing two young boys throughout almost four years...

The jury found them both guilty on Tuesday after hearing emotional testimony from two boys, now 13 and 14, who for years were deprived of food and locked for hours at a time in a hot, stuffy garage without a bathroom... the boys had not grown in height and actually lost weight during the almost four years the Baldwins took them on as foster children...

The children now live with their mother, having been separated from her in 1998 because of her prison sentence. She had taken courses with CPS before acquiring the children again in 2005.
