On Fox News,they said that the offenders ankle monitors are going to be checked to see if they are functioning correctly.They are also going to be given breath tests during that time.It was said that none of the offenders had a problem with it.

The suggestion on rounding up people with a 2nd DUI between 8 PM and 2 AM sounds good to me too. I know he was being sarcastic but I don't think they should be out driving with a history like that.

Yeah, if only! My kids are going to be the embarrassed ones who have a mom who chaperones them every single year they go trick or treating. I don't feel too bad since my neighbor was chaperoning his 13 year old daughter and several of her friends aged 9-13.
