The unidentified female appears to be of hispanic decent in the picture, though it could just be how the sketch came out. I've been on F road numerous times. It's very rural with many agricultural gardens and nurseries that employee many locals and immigrants. Every once in a while one or two go missing. In addition, there are occasional bodies that surface around the road that do not match the missing persons from the area. Carol Donn could be a possible match. For a missing 17 year old she has very few details included, so it's hard to say.

This month marks 31 years since Carol Donn went missing.

I hope she is brought home -- this is a tough time of year for our family too (31 years next month since we last saw Judy)

May it be the same "kitty" ?

This might be a bit of a stretch, but I've been trying to ID this Gary Ridgway victim:

Age: 14-19
Height: 66in (est)
Weight: 130lbs (est)
Probable year of death: 1982-1984

Carol Donn was 17, and known to be a runaway as many of his victims were. She once got as far as New York so making it to California and then up the coast isn't entirely improbable. Carol was also 66in tall, and 120lbs.
