Fort Collins Police Criminal Impact Unit was informed by the Colby Police Department they had located the victim Jennifer Courtney and arrested a suspect.

Courtney went missing Monday after calling police and telling them her ex-boyfriend was breaking into her house. Courtney was locked in her bathroom at the time and told police she was afraid the man, later identified as Mark Tuckel, was going to kill her.

When police arrived, Courtney and Tuckel were no longer there. Police found an unconscious man who had been choked.
