He has done nothing but make poor choices throughout his life. He, unlike most people in the "business" will likely do jail time.

He does seem to make one poor choice after another. I wonder how much of it comes from his bi-polar disorder or that he doesn't appear to be the brightest crayon in the box. You would think after spending a little time in jail he would learn his lesson.
